Among the safety accessories for loading points, the Campisa traffic light system is one of the most important components for making a bay safe.
Traffic light logic is in fact one of the simplest and most effective tools for increasing safety during vehicle docking phases . This kit consists of 3 elements and they are:
1.CONTROL LOGIC
It is a control unit made up of activation buttons and an acoustic signal which detects incorrect manoeuvres. The red-green traffic light with LED lamps is housed directly on the container of the traffic light logic, thus making its installation extremely easy and simple.
2.WHEEL LOCKING WEDGE
It is a wedge designed to block the wheels of vehicles docked on the loading mouth and can withstand a compression of up to 6,500 kg.
The wedge is made of a rigid plastic material wrapped in galvanized steel plates. It is also equipped with a 5 meter long chain for anchoring it to the wall and a connection cable approximately 15 meters long to carry the signals from the insertion sensor under the wheel up to the control unit.
3.TRAFFIC LIGHTS TWO LIGHTS
The most important element is the high visibility LED road traffic light (up to 200 metres) made of a matt black painted aluminum container.
