Standard bumpers
Rubber bumper with three fixing points, basic equipment for use of the load point.
High resistance rubber and appropriate screw system guarantee the durability of the Standard bumpers.
The bumper absorbs the impact of the retracting vehicle in order to protect the platform and the ramp.
If the slope of the external loading area is 2% towards the outside, the bumper is not damaged by the vertical movement of the vehicle during loading.
If the slope of the yard is towards the dock, there is a strong friction during loading. In this case we would recommend stronger bumpers, complete with steel reinforcing protectors.

ELASTIC ELEMENT
Industrial rubber-based elastomer with good characteristics of resistance to abrasion, aging and atmospheric agents, hardness 55 shore.
SUPPORT
Not necessary because the total thickness of the bumper is 120mm, it can therefore be fixed directly to the curb.
INSTALLATION
The Standard bumpers are installed by means of plugs, directly on the curb, next to the ramp.
In the case of CampisaCast ramps, appropriate screws are inserted directly on threaded sleeves anchored to the concrete.
