Hydraulic doors up to 8 m wide and 6.5 m high, with a maximum door weight of 940 kg. The Fidelity® motorized door opens with a speed of about 20 cm / and closes by gravity, through an hydraulic pressure release system. Opening and closing can be automatic; in which case installation of safety systems is required. The performance of the Fidelity® door, in terms of precision and durability without maintenance, are truly exceptional: over 70,000 installations in over 40 countries are proof of this.

The Fidelity® sectional door is operated by a maintenance-free hydraulic mechanism that requires just one annual inspection, as requested by law. This mechanism controls the door balance, allows it to always reach the fully open position, thus avoiding the risk of breaking the lower panel due to possible collision with the lifting trolleys.

ELEMENTS OF THE DOOR The Fidelity® door consists of a curtain, vertical sliding guides, hydraulic motorization and 400 V three-phase electro-hydraulic console.

THE PANELS are made by insulated sandwich panes with pre-galvanized and pre-painted sheets on both sides and internal ecological polyurethane foam, CFC-free. The panels are hinged together and, can turn horizontally under the ceiling if requested.

THE MANTLE can be equipped with one or more portholes placed at man’s height in order to control the maneuvers outside. The lower panel is equipped with a floor seal, while the upper panel is fitted with a seal pressing against the wall. The whole mantle, when lifting, comes slightly off the walls and when closed it adheres to the side anti-wind seals. The standard color of the door is white RAL 9002, recommended for the brightness.

THE SLIDING GUIDES are applied laterally to the jambs of the opening and continue upwards or turn under the ceiling.

THE Fidelity® hydraulic MOTORIZATION replaces the balancing springs. Our Fidelity® system is maintenance-free.

In compliance with the requirements of EN 12341, sectional doors are equipped with:

• finger protection between the panels, when doors turn horizontally below 2.5 meters in height;
• 2 brakes for the lifting cables;
• brakes for the balancing springs in case of doors with two springs or more;
• in the event of an obstruction in the hydraulic piping, the door descends at the normal descent speed (between 16 and 27 cm / s).
